Welcome to BabyBaby Childcare. My name is Victoria Pearson and I am a childcare professional with over 25 years' experience in a wide range of childcare roles. My previous experience include:
Health visiting team, working in the community visiting families at home and also a the community hub
Nanny & maternity nursing in family home, during the day and overnight
Hospital settings (neonatal intensive care)
Day nurseries
My speciality is helping parents and their new baby (or babies!) get settled at home. A new arrival is always daunting, whether it is your first child or if you have additional children to cope with, and many parents benefit from having some help at the start. I take pride in always leaving parents happy, relaxed and confident even after I have gone.
That said, I am happy and able to offer a wide range of childcare and advisory services for parents with children of all ages, including:
Baby and Toddler Coaching / Trouble Shooting
General Advice (for individual parents or groups, in person or remotely)
I have a daughter, and three sons who were delivered by C-Section so I have first-hand experience of C-Section after-care.
Direct Bookings
I do the majority of my work on a self employed basis. I do work via agencies, but by contacting and booking me directly you can save the extra cost of those agency fees.
